Madrasah Image Branding Strategy to Build Community Trust The branding image of an Islamic educational institution is absolutely needed in the midst increasing existence increasingly competitive madrasa. In addition, also carried out improve quality education, where madrasas are often underestimated by community. This study aims determine strategy madrasah building trust . used descriptive qualitative method. method describe Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Giriloyo 1 Bantul based on data obtained from and users services. Informants this were principals, teachers, parents students. informant selection technique study, researcher purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques document analysis techniques, in-depth interviews, observation. check validity triangulation source. stages analyzing reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions. results show that: that has been Head apply Marketing Mix 7P Product, Place, Promotion, Price, People, Physical Evidence, Process future, further research expected be able discuss depth related effect effectiveness applied madrasas. Abstract: Strategi Untuk Membangun Masyarakat sebuah lembaga pendidikan Islam sangat diperlukan ditengah meningkatnya eksistensi yang semakin kompetitif. Selain itu juga dilakukan demi peningkatan mutu pendidikan, mana sering dipandang sebelah mata oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi dalam membangun kepercayaan (trust) menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode digunakan mendeskripsikan di Ma’arif berdasarkan diperoleh dari dan pengguna jasa pendidikan. Informan penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru, orangtua peserta didik. Teknik pemilihan informan ini, peneliti teknik sampling. pengumpulan analisis dokumen, wawancara mendalam, observasi. memeriksa keabsahan triangulasi sumber data. Tahapan menganalisis reduksi data, penyajian penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa: telah Kepala dengan menerapkan bauran pemasaran (Marketing Mix) yaitu Process. Kedepannya selanjutnya diharapkan dapat membahas secara mendalam terkait pengaruh efektivitas diterapkan madrasah.
